Ingredients
  

  • 12 slices sourdough /whole wheat/baguette/multigrain bread
  • 4 large Hass avocados
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 3 lemons
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red chili flakes
  • 2 teaspoons sea/kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons freshly cracked black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons nutritional yeast /vegan parmesan

Instructions
 

  • Toast 12 slices of bread until golden brown and crispy.Gently rub a garlic clove over each slice to enhance the flavor.
  • Mash 6 ripe Hass avocados in a bowl, leaving some texture.
  • Squeeze 3 lemons over the mashed avocado, and add salt, pepper, and red chili flakes to taste.
  • Spread the avocado mixture generously on the toasted bread, drizzle with olive oil, and top with nutritional yeast or vegan parmesan. Serve immediately!
