Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Salted Butter
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Light Brown Sugar)
  • 2 Egg
  • 1 cup Vanilla Extract)
  • 1 cup Flour
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Slice the croissants in half and fill each one with 2 to 3 pieces of cookie dough. Close the croissant and add a bit more cookie dough on top.
  • Arrange the cookie croissants on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced apart. Bake in the preheated oven for 8 to 12 minutes.
  • Alternatively, place the cookie croissants in the basket of your air fryer and air fry at 320°F (160°C) for approximately 8 minutes.

Notes

Croissant Type: Use fresh, buttery croissants that are sturdy enough to hold the cookie dough. If using day-old croissants, they may become too flaky during baking.
