  • 1 cup kataifi shredded phyllo dough
  • 16 oz milk chocolate melted
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • ½ cup Pistachio cream

  • Melt the ChocolateBegin by melting half of your milk chocolate using a double boiler or microwave-safe bowl. Tip: To achieve a clean, satisfying snap when the chocolate hardens, temper it by ensuring it doesn't exceed 90°F. Use an instant-read thermometer to monitor the temperature.
  • Pour into MoldsOnce the chocolate is fully melted, pour it into your chocolate bar molds. Allow the excess chocolate to drip off and collect it in a bowl (you can re-melt the leftover chocolate for the top layer).
  • Let the Chocolate SetPlace the filled molds in the fridge and let the chocolate harden completely.
  • Prepare the FillingWhile the chocolate is setting, chop the shredded phyllo dough into smaller pieces. Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat and add the shredded phyllo. Stir frequently until the phyllo becomes golden and crispy.
  • Mix the FillingOnce the phyllo is crispy, transfer it to a large bowl. Add tahini and pistachio cream to the bowl and mix everything together until well combined.
