Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • ½ cup watermelon, diced
  • ½ cup cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • ½ cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 4-5 fresh mint leaves
  • Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Add coconut water, watermelon, cucumber, pineapple, and frozen banana to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Sprinkle chia seeds and add fresh mint leaves to the blender. Blend for an additional 10 seconds to combine.
  • If desired, add a few ice cubes and blend until the smoothie reaches your preferred consistency.
  • Pour into a glass, garnish with a mint leaf or a slice of fruit, and serve immediately.
