- 1 cup coconut water
- ½ cup watermelon, diced
- ½ cup cucumber, peeled and sliced
- ½ cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
- ½ frozen banana
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 4-5 fresh mint leaves
- Ice cubes
Add coconut water, watermelon, cucumber, pineapple, and frozen banana to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
