Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain, non-fat
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce or your favorite hot sauce
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil optional, for sautéing
  • Chopped green onions or parsley for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the chicken: In a large bowl, combine the cooked, shredded chicken with Greek yogurt, buffalo sauce, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until well combined.
  • Mix in the cheese: Add in both the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Mix until the ingredients are fully incorporated.
  • Bake the dip: Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and smooth the top. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–20 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is golden brown.
  • Garnish and serve: Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped green onions or parsley, and serve hot with your choice of dippers.
