- 1 ripe banana
- ½ green apple (chopped)
- ½ cup frozen pineapple
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ tsp grated ginger (optional)
- ½ tsp honey (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Add all ingredients to a blender: spinach, banana, green apple, pineapple, almond milk, chia seeds, and ginger.
Mix at high velocity for 30-45 seconds until the texture becomes silky and uniform.
If desired, add honey and ice cubes, then blend again for another 10 seconds.
