Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ green apple (chopped)
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ tsp grated ginger (optional)
  • ½ tsp honey (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender: spinach, banana, green apple, pineapple, almond milk, chia seeds, and ginger.
  • Mix at high velocity for 30-45 seconds until the texture becomes silky and uniform.
  • If desired, add honey and ice cubes, then blend again for another 10 seconds.
  • Pour into serving glasses, garnish with apple slices or chia seeds, and enjoy immediately!
