  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken preferably rotisserie or grilled
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • ¼ cup cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon ranch dressing mix optional, for extra flavor

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.
  • Spoon the mixture into an oven-safe dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Once baked, take it out of the oven and top with chopped green onions.
  • Serve while warm alongside tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers.

Notes
