Ingredients
  

  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup hash browns
  • 2 oz Sausage or bacon
  • ¼ cup Cheese
  • ¼ cup Bell peppers and onions
  • 1 tsp Olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Cook the sausage or bacon: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage or bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  • Prepare the vegetables: In the same skillet, sauté the bell peppers and onions in olive oil until tender.
  • Cook the hash browns: Add the hash browns to the skillet and cook until golden and crispy.
  • Cook the eggs: In another pan, scramble or fry eggs to your preference.
  • Assemble the bowl: Combine all ingredients in a bowl and top with cheese (optional).
