- 2 tablespoons (30g) olive oil
- 1 tablespoons (15g) fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1 lemon sliced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon (5g) salt
- ½ teaspoon (2g) black pepper
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Drizzle olive oil over the salmon, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
