    • 2 tablespoons Coconut flakes optional
    • 1 tablespoons Chia seeds or hemp seeds optional
    • 1-2 tablespoons Honey or agave syrup optional for sweetness

    • Place the frozen mango, pineapple, and banana into a blender. Hold the acai packets under warm water for about 10 seconds to slightly thaw, then open them and add the acai pulp to the blender.

If needed, stop the blender to scrape down the sides, and add ¼ to ½ cup of water if the mixture is too thick to blend smoothly. (Using a tamper, I didn’t need to add extra liquid with my Vitamix.)
